If you are one of our clients who has rentals in Arizona, this one's for you.......

Effective, 1/1/25,  you are no longer required to charge and remit TPT tax on your long term tenants.  Long term is defined as any tenant who rents from you for 30 days or more.  (Prior to 1/1/25,  long term tenants were subject to the TPT tax)

Keep in mind that your short term tenants (Ex: Airb) that rent for fewer than 30 days are still subject to the tax)
